Hi I'm Sri Varra. I'm a Research Software Engineer and Research Data Analyst at Stanford's Department of Pediatrics in the School of Medicine. I develop open source software for analyzing highly multiplexed single cell imaging data, as well interactive visualizations for my peer's research and publications. In my free time I like to learn Houdini FX.
